Who we are
This website is run by WK Professional Car Valet Ltd, trading as WK Car Valet (registered in England & Wales, company number 06649500). Contact: warren@wkvaleting.com or 07973 348787.
What we collect
When you send a booking request or a message we receive the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address, address and postcode, details of your car (such as make, model and registration), the valet and day you would like, and your message. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie this site sets is a sign-in cookie for our own staff area.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you, arrange and carry out your valet, and invoice it. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing that contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business.
Who sees it
The WK Car Valet team. Your details are stored with our web hosting provider and sent to our email inbox. We never sell or share your details for marketing.
How long we keep it
Requests and messages that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. If we valet your car, records are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes (normally six years).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by contacting us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
